Who Xima Is and What We Do
Use this as your foundation when describing Xima to customers, whether that's on your website, in a sales conversation, or in a proposal.
Short description (one sentence):
Xima is a cloud-based contact center platform built for small and mid-sized businesses that need powerful reporting, real-time visibility, and AI-powered analytics without the complexity or cost of enterprise software.
Medium description (two to three sentences):
Xima delivers a cloud-based Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution designed to improve both the employee and customer experience. The platform includes skills-based routing, real-time wallboards, AI-powered speech analytics, omnichannel support across voice, chat, email, SMS, and WhatsApp, and cradle-to-grave reporting. It's built for businesses that want serious contact center capability without serious overhead.
What makes Xima different:
-
Exceptional reporting and analytics that give teams real visibility into what's happening
-
Powerful features that are actually easy to configure and use
-
A customer service experience that genuinely sets us apart
How to Talk About Xima
These are the things that matter most when positioning Xima in a conversation or in writing.
Lead with outcomes, not features. Customers care about shorter hold times, better service levels, and cleaner reporting, not the name of the module that delivers it.
Keep it grounded. Xima's strength is that it gives smaller businesses access to tools that used to be enterprise-only. That's the story.
Be specific when you can. Vague claims like "best-in-class" or "industry-leading" don't land. Real numbers and real results do.
Speak directly. Write and talk in second person. "You'll get real-time visibility into every queue" lands better than "users are provided with visibility."

Tone of Voice
-
Xima's voice is confident, approachable, and direct. Here's what that looks like in practice.
-
Be clear and get to the point. Contact center professionals are busy. Respect their time.
-
Acknowledge the problem before presenting the solution. Customers respond better when they feel understood.
-
Let results do the talking. Back claims with specific outcomes rather than superlatives.
-
Keep it human. Avoid cold, corporate language. If it sounds like it was written by a committee, rewrite it.
-
What to avoid: excessive jargon, passive voice, vague claims like "world-class" or "cutting-edge," and anything that sounds condescending or overly salesy.
